Operated and Bare Equipment Rental Conditions

Rental rates are based on an 8-hour day, 40-hour week, 160-hour/4 week month.

Hour meters will determine additional rental charges.

All rental equipment is subject to 8-hour first day minimum rental.

Operated overtime extra, P.O.R.

Customer responsible to perform daily maintenance and lubrication.

Customer is liable for any maintenance and repairs required beyond normal wear conditions.

Customer will furnish qualified operator on bare equipment rentals, and operate equipment within its rated capacity.

Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

Equipment returned excessively dirty or with asphalt or concrete on machines or in buckets will be charged for cleaning by the hour.

All extra teeth are additional charge. All trencher rentals will be charged for tooth wear and/or replacement.

Bare rental customers are responsible for all tire damage and repairs. Tire replacements must be approved by CEC prior to installation or CEC will invoice customer for repairs or replacements.

Transportation not included in rates.

Rates include any applicable sales tax.

All equipment must be operated in a safe and responsible manner.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Equipment used in hazardous materials will be subject to additional costs for cleanup and disposal of hazardous materials.
